Ingredients:
8 oz pasta
2 scallions
1 small red onion or 1/2 of a big one, chopped
1/4 cup cooking wine or wine of your choice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
italian spices, salt & pepper

Separately cook the pasta

For about 3 minutes, on a large pan on medium flame, sautee the crushed garlic (don’t let it burn), add the chopped scallions, the chopped red onions, sprinkle salt & pepper, and some italian seasoning on 1 tbsp olive oil (EVOO), add shrimp, the tbsp of butter and the cooking wine, cook for 4 minutes, stir a couple of times, add parsley and continue to cook for 30 more seconds.

Mix the cooked pasta with the shrimp and serve.
