In this video, my very own Italian grandmother, or ‘nonna’, reacts to an OUTRAGEOUS video by Tasty of a Lasagne with Chicken Alfredo recipe.
This powerful Italian woman was born in Emilia Romagna, the beautiful region of Italy where Lasagna or Lasagne were created. The traditional recipe is made with homemade egg pasta, besciamelle (or besciamella) and ragu’. Nonna Anna also adds a load of Parmigiano Reggiano and nutmeg to give it some extra flavour!
