Mascarpone Mixture
4 Egg yolks
(100g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
(200g) mascarpone cheese
(200g) Sweetened whipping Cream
For Dipping
1 cup (240 ml) espresso coffee,
( 2 tsp coffee powder and 1 tsp sugar )at room temperature
ladyfingers biscuits (about 200g)
Garnish
Cocoa powder, for dusting
