Italina cuisine is always known for it’s simple ingredients yet rich and full of flavour. Chicken piccata is a classic Italian dish, and it’s pronounced peek-kah-tah. Piccata in culinary terms means thin slices of meat that are sauteed in and served with a lemon butter sauce. This dish has a lemony sauce made with lemon, white wine and stock, butter and capers, but it’s also creamy and absolutely delicious.

Chicken Piccata Recipe: In this video we use chicken breast, all-purpose flour, Parmesan cheese, capers, black olive.
Equipment’s needed: Gas Burner & Non sticky fry pan are main equipment for making any kind of piccata.
Making the sauce: Olive oil, butter, white wine, chicken stock, black olive, capers.
Ingredients
• Chicken breast – 2 pcs
• All-purpose flour – 1 cup
• Parmesan cheese – ½ cup
• Black pepper – dash of pepper
• Salt – pinch of salt
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 2 tsp
• Garlic – 2 cloves chopped
• White wine – 100 gm
• Chicken stock – 200 gm
• Black olive – 7 pcs
• Capers – 2 tbsp
