I’m definitely not affiliated, nor am I intending to promote them, but in the mid-2000’s I worked at Boston Pizza and I was pretty much the pasta guy. One of my faves was the Spicy Italian Penne, which had sausage & chicken, onions, and mushrooms. Today’s video is my vegan replica, using Yves brand spicy sausages and tofu for the chicken. Extremely easy to veganize just about anything these days!
