Assalam o Alaikum Hope everyone is doing great
I am back with Iltalian homemade pizza sauce
It tastes awesome you can use it in pasta , lasagna and on pizza base
Let’s start with the ingredients
1) Tomato I have made its puree (1/2 kg)
2) Garlic 2 I have chopped them
3) Onion 1 small sized
Spices
4) Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
5) Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
6) Paprika (optional) 1 teaspoon
7) Sugar 1 teaspoon
8) Salt 1/4 teaspoon
