Everybody loves a #traditional #Italian #Pizza! Why buy one if you can make your own #homemade #dough, much #cheaper, so #easy and far #tastier! Really easy, doesn’t take long to make and is great fun to do with kids 🙂
This amount of dough will make you 2 large or 4 smaller pizzas.
Ingredients for the dough:
Strong white bread flour – 500g
Fast acting dried yeast – 5g
Extra virgin olive oil – 40ml
Salt – 7g
Sugar – 2tsp
Lukewarm water ~300ml
10-12 minutes in the oven at 220’c fan
My toppings:
Passata, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Edam, Pickled Artichokes, Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions
