Step 1: Marinade boneless sliced chicken along with cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, curd and lemon. Heat some oil in a pan and cook this on a medium flame for 6-7 minutes. After the chicken is cooked, cook some onions too on same pan.
Step 2: Now for the pizza sauce heat oil in another pan and cumin seeds, onions and then ginger garlic paste To it add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook the onions till they turn translucent. Add tomato purรฉe and pizza sauce to the onions. Also add some chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Then add garam masala, italian seasoning and cream to the sauce and cook it for a few seconds on a low flame.
Your makhani pizza sauce is ready.
Step 3: I have cooked the pizza in an electric home tandoor. You can cook it in an oven too. On a pre baked pizza base, add the makhani pizza sauce. Leave some space on the edges of the base. On top of the sauce add some grated mozzarella. Now add the chicken and onions on top of the cheese. Add melted butter on the edges of the base. Put some more mozzarella on the top and cook it in a preheated tandoor/oven.
After it is properly cooked, season it with some chilli flakes, extra virgin olive oil and dried oregano.
