The traditional Italian Tiramisu is made with espresso coffee, mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, whipped egg whites and ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits). Did you know that TIRAMISU means “pick me up”? The cake is usually eaten cold. Tiramisu is perfect for desert, breakfast or for a delicious snack.
