I had to share this with you guys… I mean why wouldn’t I…???
You guys wanted a recipe on how to make a easy, quick pizza. So here it is
In this video I will show you 2 different toppings on 2 pizza bases.
What’s your favourite topping…?
Ingredients
500g Strong white flour
1 Teaspoon salt
8g Dry yeast
350g Luke warm water
350g Passata sauce half it
A little bit of Olive oil for drizzle
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Basil
1 Tablespoon of grounded Black pepper
Mozzarella cheese is the best for this but you can use whichever cheese you like
Add any toppings of your choice
Put in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes on gas mark 4 / 220 Celsius
