in this video I show you how to make a delicous Focaccia Barese.

Ingedients:
For the dough you need:

500g Flour
400g Water
20g Fresh yeast
15g Salt
30g Sugar

For the topping (here you can vary a little, depending on your personal taste)
200-250g of fresh, medium sized tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of Olio extra vergine di oliva
Oregano
50g black, pitted olives
A pinch of salt
