CARNIVORA PIZZA with Homemade Herb tomato sauce and Bocconcini and Mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 tsp active yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp or more Olive oil or canola oil
3 1/2 cups of OO strong flour or Strong bread flour

Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
1/8 cup Onion
1/8 cup celery
1/8 cup carrots
Fresh herbs and dried Herbs
Cooking Oil
2 cups Diced Tomato
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Just follow my instruction:
Let the puree tomato sauce simmer
until done and smooth texture
Pizza toppings:
Ingredients
Prosciutto
Coppa Di Parma
Salami
Mozzarella
Bocconcini
Homemade herb tomato sauce
Baking Time:
Pre-heat oven to 500C
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes to 500C
Note:
If you let the dough rest overnight
It will not tear up right away because
You let the tension relax.
