Dough Recipe in grams
500 g flour (0/00 – 11%- 12% protein)
300 ml of warm water (37°C -100°F )
4 g of fresh yeast ( 0.5 tsp dry yeast )
12 g – 14 g of salt
50 – 55 g Extra Virgin olive oil + more

Recipe in Cups:
4 cups of 0/00 Flour or bread flour (11%- 12% protein)
1.27 cups of warm water (37°C -100°F )
0.5 tsp of Dry Yeast
2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of Extra Virgin olive oil + more
Preheat oven 220°C – 428°F
Bake the base with the tomato sauce for 10-15 minutes (Depends on your oven).
Bake it again for about 5 minutes with the mozzarella cheese on top.
Add your favorite Pizza toppings and enjoy.
