Onion or Shallot (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Italian seasoning and Rosemary
Eggs
Spinach
Tomato Sauce or Gravy
Ricotta or other cheese
1. Saute the Garlic and Onions until they are translucent
2. Add Gravy/Sauce, Rosemary, Italian Seasoning and cook to a Boil
3. Drop as many eggs as you desire on top and cook until Sunny Side Up
4. Add Ricotta and Spinach and you a little more until wilted
