METHOD

For the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead. Let rise for 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 6 parts and form buns. Put on a baking sheet and pour in tomato sauce. Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
Sprinkle the buns with mozzarella and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
