🧑‍🍳 For today’s asmr video we chose to cook a famous Italian baked pasta dish, lasagna alla bolognese.

First we cut a whole onion, celery and carrot in brown and sautéed them in extra virgin olive oil. At this point we added the minced meat until it darkened completely, finally we added some broth and tomato puree to give it color, taking care to taste and salt everything.

In the meantime in a small pot we cooked a simple tomato sauce with fried onion, salt and basil.

At this point having all the components ready including the béchamel that we bought ready, we started to build our lasagna, we have chosen to make it very crispy without losing moisture so we brushed each layer of pasta with the béchamel, just a veil to moisten it. Then on each layer of pasta a layer of meat, some tufts of béchamel sauce and a tablespoon of tomato. On the last layer, the one on top, a brush of béchamel sauce and plenty of grated Parmesan cheese to get that nice crust au gratin.

We baked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes (on baking paper) taking care to check the cooking.

Finally, we have planted with abundant fresh basil leaves.
