Hi guys! Tonight is Italian Night and I am making a easy and delicious Italian Ricotta cake. I hope you all enjoy!

Ricotta Cake Recipe:

*1 box of butter yellow cake mix
(Make as directed however, subsitute water for milk)

Topping mixture:
*32 oz. Ricotta
*6 eggs
*3/4 cup sugar

Cook at 350* for 1 hour or until golden brown
Let cool on counter for 1 hour then transfer in refrigerator to cool for at least 2 more hours. Sprinkle with powder sugar and Enjoy!
Store leftovers in refrigerator
