In Italy we always eat pizza on Saturday, when families have some time to spend together. In Naples the boys learn to roll out the pizza dough instead of playing with play-dough, and every family knows how to maintain the Pizza tradition!!!
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THE PIZZA DOUGH:
🔺 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 (𝟓-𝟔 𝐩𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐬)
-1 kg (2 lb) flour
-450 g (2 cups) water
-7 g (1 tablespoon) beer yeast (otherwise powder yeast)
-20 g (2 tablespoon) salt
-20 g (2 tablespoon) extra virgin olive oil
-3 g (just over a pinch) sugar
– Chianti red wine
