Chopped Pumpkin – 1/2 cup
French Beans – 12
Bringle – 1
onion – 1
Chopped bottle gourd – 1/2 cup
green chilli – 2
Lemon juice – 2 to 3 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Sambar Masala – 3 to 4 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
curry leaves – 12
whole red chill – 2
For Idli
Semplina ( Suji/Rawa ) – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Eno salt – 1 tsp
