Hello dears Mission Tradition friends, today we share with you a traditional Easter recipe from the Marche region in italy. It is called “Pizza con il formaggio”, follow all the instructions to make this special bread with different cheeses inside!
To make this recipe you need:
– 500g of 00 flour.
– 20g of dry yeast.
– 150ml of milk.
– 5 eggs.
– 30ml of olive oil.
– 30g of butter.
– 150g of Emmental cheese.
– 200g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
– 2 teaspoons of salt.
– Pepper as much as you want.
