RECIPE:
Italian Aperitivo with Pesto Genovese and Sundried Tomato Pesto
Prep time: 10 mins
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
─ 1 jar Barilla Pesto Genovese
─ 1 jar Barilla Sundried Tomato Pesto
─ 200g Prosciutto
─ 4 fresh figs
─ 1 pack grissini
─ 200g mixed marinated olives
─ 150g duck terrine
─ 1 bunch of fresh radishes
─ 200g of stuffed chills and marinated artichokes
─ 50g roasted almonds
Method:
1. Scoop Barilla Pesto Genovese into one small bowl and Barilla Sundried Tomato Pesto into another bowl.
2. Cut the figs and radishes in half.
3. Place all items on a wooden chopping board or serving platter of your choice.
4. Add grissini then scatter with roaste almonds before serving.
