My husband and I love making our own pizza, so I tried to make Calzone, delicious folded Italian pizza. You can fill them with meat, cheeses and whatever veggies you have on hand, to create your favorite personal pizza pocket. Today I’m sharing with you, our two favorite flavors – Teriyaki chicken and tuna fish. Your whole family will love these stuffed pizza. For better results, serve with your favorite jarred marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
For the calzone dough:
-500g Flour
-1 Tsp Salt
-7g Dry yeast
-325ml Warm water
-3-4 Tbsp Olive oil

Teriyaki Chicken for two large calzone pieces:
-2-3 Small chicken breast or 5-7 chicken tenderloin
-Salt, pepper, sweet and spicy paprika, Italian herbs
-1/2 Large white onion
-1/2 Red paprika
-3 Garlic cloves
-4-5 Tbsp organic teriyaki sauce
-1/2 Tsp sesame seeds
-3/4 Cup pizza sauce
-225g Fresh mozzarella cheese
-225g Shredded cheese
-Fresh basil leaf
-1 Egg + sesame seeds
For the dipping:
-1 Cup marinara sauce

Tuna Fish with creamy ricotta cheese for two large calzone pieces:
-6-8 Mushrooms
-1/2 Large white onion
-2 Minced garlic cloves
-3/4 Cup Pizza sauce
-225g Tuna fish
-225g Fresh mozzarella cheese
-225g Shredded cheese
-450g Ricotta cheese
-Fresh basil leaf
– Salt
-Pepper
-1 Egg + sesame seeds

For the dipping:
-1 Cup marinara sauce
