So easy, so much, so scrumptious!
The recipe includes quantities for a 9×13″ pan. It is enough for Martin and I plus leftovers.
You can easily double the amount of items and make two 9×13″ pans: more spuds, pieces of chicken, veggies, spices.
RECIPE:
4-5 potatoes cut up, you want enough to cover bottom of pan
1 pound Italian sausage links, sliced
4-6 pieces of chicken, use whatever cuts you like
Red or green pepper, sliced
Onion, diced
2 Tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3 teaspoon paprika
Combine spices to use later.
Spray Pam on 9×13″ pan
Scatter potatoes on the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle some of the seasoning over the potatoes.
Add chicken pieces and sliced sausage.
Then sprinkle peppers and onion over the meat.
Distribute the rest of the spices over the dish.
Drizzle the oil over it all.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for two hours.
Add a green salad and get ready to feast!
