Here it is! This is the recipe of Italian cake rice “Torta di riso”.
Here are the ingredients:
300 gr of rice
1 liter of whole milk
3 eggs
80 gr of sugar
1 glass of liqueur to taste (i prefer “sassolino” that is an anise-flavored liqueur from Sassuolo, Italy)
