INGREDIENTI / INGREDIENTS
120gr burro morbido (soft butter)
2 uova (eggs)
120gr zucchero (sugar)
300gr farina (flour)
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci (1 teaspoon of baking powder)
1 pizzico di sale (1 pinch of salt)
1 vasetto di marmellata (1 jar of jam)

RICETTA / RECIPE
– Amalgamate tuti gli ingredienti aiutandovi con una forchetta prima e con le mani per il resto della preparazione, finché non avrete un bel panetto morbido, ma sodo. (Mix all the ingredients together, helping yourself with a fork at the beginning and using your hands for the rest of the preparation, until you get a soft but compact dough)

– Mettete l’impasto a riposare in frigorifero per 20 minuti. (Put the dough to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes)

– Tirate fuori l’impasto dal frigo. Per prima cosa dovete imburrare la pirofila dove comporrete la crostata. (Take the dough out the fridge and butter the oven pan where you’ll make the crostata)

– Dividete l’impasto, una parte per la base – 75%, l’altra parte per la decorazione sopra – 25%. (Divide the dough, one part for the base and the other part for the decoration)

– Crea la crostata come nel video (Make the crostata as in the video)

– Preriscalda il forno a 180°. (Pre-heat the oven at 180°)

– Quando la crostata è pronta, infornate per 20/25 minuti. Tenetela d’occhio. (When the crostata is ready, put in oven for 20/25 minutes, keep an eye on it).

– Tirate fuori dal forno e lasciate raffreddare. (Take it out of the oven and let it cool down)
