In this episode I took a classic mortar made of stone to pound the best Genovese #Pesto sauce ever. I follow an ancient recipe given me by the great artist and wood carver Mr.Franco Casoni, sculptor from Chiavari (Genova). During my visit at his workshop and gallery he specially carved a #Corzetti stamp which is a wooden tool, #handmade of pure Beech tree, used to prepare fresh customized shape pasta. If you would like to try them, you can always use a small glass or a classic ravioli stamp like my daughters do, but will be much more fun if you can eat your customized version for example from #Leiden – The Netherlands š Recipe at the end of the video.
