I’ll show you how to level up your fried rice recipe using this simple ingredients
INGREDIENTS
-3pcs eggs
-340g Luncheon Meat
-about 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (or depending on preference)
-about 1/4cup frozen green peas (or depending on preference)
-about 1/4cup chopped carrot (or according to preference)
(NOTE: or you could just 1pack of frozen mixed veggies with all three of this)
-700g 1 or 2days old rice kept in the fridge (coz it has to be dry/not sticky)
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-1Tbsp oyster sauce
-1/4tsp salt and ground black pepper
(NOTE: luncheon meat are naturally salty so taste before adding more soy sauce, oyster or salt)
