Ciao e Bentornato i Benvenuti..Oggi vi presento una Pizza che da noi in Puglia si chiama SCHIACCIATELLA..E’ una vera delizia e io ho scelto tre gusti..Il primo con il pesce(Salmone, Gamberetti, Polipo e Seppia), il secondo co Prosciutto crudo , mozzarella e Pistacchio e il terzo con Coppata, Mozzarella di Bufala e Aceto Balsamico..Una vera Bomba…I prodotti sono tutti freschi e fanno una grande differenza.

Hello and welcome back the welcome..Today I present you a Pizza which in Puglia is called SCHIACCIATELLA..It is a real delight and I have chosen three flavors..The first with fish (Salmon, Shrimp, Octopus and Cuttlefish), the second with raw ham, mozzarella and pistachio and the third with coppata, buffalo mozzarella and balsamic vinegar … a real bomb … The products are all fresh and make a big difference.
