Easy Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes
3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 tsp dry Italian seasoning, or any seasoning you like! (mine contains dried tomatoes, garlic, onion, oregano, rosemary, basil, marjoram and dried olives)

Directions

1. Wash the potatoes and cut into 1 ½ inch cubes. Place on a large baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil on top and season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Toss to fully coat the potatoes.
2. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes, until the potatoes are browned and blistered. Enjoy!
