How To Make Spaghetti Aglio Olio At Home | Italian Recipe | The Easy Food Recipes | 2019
Ingredients
Spaghetti(boiled) 150gms
Olives(coarsely chopped) 2tbsp
Bacon(chopped) 3strips
Sundried Tomatoes 2tbsp
Parsley(chopped) 1tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
To Prepare :-
-Boil Spaghetti In salted water for 8-9 minutes( a minute lesser than the package says)
-In a pan, pour a tbsp of oil, add chopped bacon. Let it cook for a minute till the fat is released. Add chopped olives
and sundried tomatoes. Saute for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
-Add boiled spaghetti, toss to mix and add 1-2tbsp pasta water.
-Add seasoning and chopped parsley.
To Serve:-
-With the help of tongs, place spaghetti on the serving plate and garnish with parmesan cheese(optional).
