Vin de la Judée Samarie est un très bon vin qui est connu depuis l' époque du Christ qui partageait le pain et le vin..
La tradition du vin est plus vieille en Israël qu' en France, ça date de quelques milliers d' années.
On buvait déjà du vin à la cour du roi Salomon, il y a trois mille ans. les prêtres du temple de Jérusalem ( kohanim) célébraient des rituels avec du vin.
Le vin de Beit Shemesh (Judée Samarie) est légèrement fruité, dû au soleil et le travail des hommes… Et bien sûr au terroir.
