





Testing out the Molina Dellagiovanna as per Adam Adkins aka Peddling pizza working pizza truck recipe.
Did not disappoint.
First pizza is a Caponata & Galbani fresh mozzarella and basil, second was a traditional margherita pizza.
Equally delicious. Used Adams 62% hand mixed 18hr room temperature recipe. Perfect cook, perfect undercarriage.
