Ingredients:
Lasagna noodles
Fontina cheese
Butter
Garlic
Heavy whipping cream
Minced garlic
Parmesan cheese
Ricotta cheese
6 blend Italian cheese
Crawfish tails (Walmart )
Crab claw meat (Publix)
Shrimp
Eggs

Homemade Alfredo sauce recipe:

1-1/2 sticks of butter
32 ounces heavy whipping cream
4 ounces of cream cheese
2 cups Italian cheese mix (optional)
1 pack Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic (season taste)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg(optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Ole bay
Cajun seasoning

Melt butter and in garlic, add heavy whipping cream,cheeses and seasonings let simmer until Alfredo sauce thickens.

Ricotta mix (optional )
1 container Ricotta cheese
1 -2 eggs
Parsley

Chocolate Cake:
2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Mix all dry ingredients add wet ingredients mix add boiling water mix.
Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes

Chocolate icing:
1 stick butter or margarine
2/3 cocoa
3 -4 cups powdered sugar
1/3 milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter, stir in cocoa add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla
Mix until well combined.
