CHICKEN CUTLETS IN A CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE

This one’s stupid simple but hits hard.
Juicy chicken cutlets, proper mushroom flavour, deglazed with white wine and finished with a light creamy sauce.

Feels a bit fancy, takes no time, and the macros are elite.

INGREDIENTS

* 250g chicken breast (sliced into cutlets)
* 200g mushrooms (sliced)
* 100ml white wine
* 75ml Carnation light & creamy cooking cream
* Salt, pepper, garlic (SPG)
* Italian herbs

METHOD

1. 🍄 Cook mushrooms with salt, pepper + Italian herbs until browned. Remove.
2. 🍗 Slice chicken into cutlets, season with SPG and cook until golden. Remove.
3. 🍷 Deglaze pan with white wine, reduce slightly.
4. 🔥 Add mushrooms + chicken back in.
5. 🥛 Add cream and simmer until thickened.
6. 🍽️ Serve and get stuck in.
