Started the night off with a Hemingway Daquiri because I've been missing my pals in the Caribbean lately.
Thanks for all the well wishes for my mom yesterday. She got discharged this morning and is doing fine. Mom's a champ 💪
Had a bigger than usual lineup today. So I was extra prepped up. Made 12 pies tonight. Had a couple repeat neighbor pickups. Even had another homie from the pizza subreddit drop in to pickup a pie!
Really wanted to redeem myself too. Last night's service was clunky and frazzled. Tonight was super smooth.
The fiancée wanted to try shooting a quick montage video this evening. Threw it up on insta. Its quick and uhhh.. experimental.
Made myself a pepperoni and pepperoncini because I haven't had one yet. It exceeded my expectations. I was really transported to my fave pizza spots while eating a slice. Been a fun journey getting to this point, and I can finally say im making a pizza that im really proud of.
Tomorrow is last night of making pizza for a minute. Duty calls and unfortunately I have to answer that call.
