  1. You should hand cut pepperoni slices into shreds, that way they can still crisp up.

    When it’s shredded like this, it’s kinda just mushy.

  2. The trick is to do chopped pepperoni with an overlay of rounds. If I had to choose only one style, it’s chopped/shredded all the way.
