✨ Simple, creamy, and full of flavor — all in one pan!

🛒 Ingredients:
• 200 g tagliatelle pasta
• 10–12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 handful fresh spinach
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 100 ml cooking cream
• 250–300 ml vegetable broth (add more if needed)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Grated Parmesan, for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. In a large pan, layer the tagliatelle, cherry tomatoes, onion, spinach, and garlic.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, then add tomato paste, Italian herbs, cream, and vegetable broth.
3. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add more broth if it gets too dry.
5. Once the pasta is tender and creamy, top with Parmesan.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!

  1. I don’t understand the trend of putting everything in at once when you can stagger what you put it, use the exact same ingredients, and get a final result that’s 10x better. There’s no way this does taste flat
