

Let the steel preheat at 550*F for 2 hours and also left the dough out a bit longer than normal. Resulted in a little too much bake and some charred bubbles.
7 minute bake on steel, 1 minute broil. Trader joes cheese, cup n crisp pep, hydroponic basil, and some parm.
3 day cold ferment in the fridge.
