Nicole, you’re the best! Your recipes are so easy and you almost don’t need to worry about “amounts”. You can make a family size dish and I can easily cut it back for 2 people. I love the “make it and bake it” in the same pan – less clutter in the kitchen and less clean up. The added bonus is how entertaining you are!
