Sausage penne rustica
2 ounces precooked Italian sausage
2 ounces red bell pepper
2 ounces green bell pepper
2 ounces diced tomatoes
4oz tomato sauce
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle black pepper
1 ounce white wine
1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
4 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 ounce Parmesan cheese
6 ounces penne pasta
Tips:
*I bought raw Italian sausage and cooked them for around 8min at 350F
*When serving the entree, the paste goes first, then place all the ingredients on top
