If it was good then it’s good! Fuck the rules and standards when cooking at home, yes it’s good to have standards but more than anything, make food that makes you happy! Social media is good for inspiration and knowledge but at the end of day just make sure you/or your family enjoy it. That is literally all there is to it, don’t over complicate it just enjoy food
