    I have never been concerned with processed meats and I include them in my diet which is low carb and whole food animal based.
    Healthy at 76 years old 💗

  4. The EU going plant based will grow a bunch of weak low testosterone males that are easy to control, thats what happens to males on a plant based diet. Prove me wrong, you cant.

  5. Am currently in a Master’s Fx Nutr program. They are still teaching 0.8 g per kg. But they are also teaching vegetable, canola, and seed oils are healthier options than saturated fats like butter.

  6. Great info but you might want to try using a Lavaliere or boom/shotgun mic. Your voice has the room echo sound which is a bit distracting. Your guest has direct audio without having any room echo. Your questions & comments are the foundation of your presentation, therefore important & if the echo wasn’t there, your message would be communicated more effectively! Keep up the great work!
