Iโd love to hear opinions on these types of mixers and if they are really needed, or do they really make a better dough.
I have no opinion either way. Iโm sure they are awesome machines. I used to use my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and that was just total shit. Currently I just kneed the damn stuff by hand, do a bunch of stretch and pulls, and into the fridge. I think it makes a great pizza that way.
