

I finally managed to achieve a so so proper home made pizza using an electric oven.
In case someone is interested; I used:
โข โ 960g 00 flour
โข โ 680g water
โข โ 20g salt
Worked the dough with many restings in between, 1 hour room temperature and 2 days fridge. Took out 1 hour before to ball them and rest them before cooking. It was really sticky so I had to add a lot of flour while expanding it. One sticked while putting it into the oven making a mesh.
Flavour and texture was amazing ๐คฉ
