Pizza cook off with wild game meat! Wild game pizza can be extremely diverse and delicious. In this video, people cook with all sorts of different animals. From elk, to javelina, pronghorn, moose and caribou; there are various flavors and recipes created.
Each participant gets to taste test every pizza and get 2 votes for their favorite pizzas. The winner goes home with some prizes from Elkhorn Coffee Roasters. Everybody prepared their pizzas at home ahead of time and meet up to try everyone’s creation and cast their vote.
