Space uncooked gnocchi evenly on the tray.

Let the gnocchi dry at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Place the tray in the freezer for 3 hours.

Transfer the frozen gnocchi into a resealable bag.

Store the gnocchi for up to 2 months.
