Bighorn pizza oven. Sausage was not meant to be that charred (left sitting while cooking it on stove too long. Home made mozzarella with some store bought sprinkle to fill in gaps. Generic pepperoni, generic sauce from store I added olive oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Feedback I’m looking for is tips on stretching dough, cooked evenly, and overall presentation. I went cheaper and lazier this time but I think it is pretty

    Looks good to me, the sausage is a little too charred for me but that’s personal opinion. It’s hard to give advice without oven or recipe details
