Even tho, it's usually eaten with Ziti, I went for Paccheri as I couldn't get my hand on Ziti.
It is a rather slow cooking dish (cooked for 6 hours) but it is worth it for me.
First time cooking this dish and if anyone is familiar with it, please tell how can I improve.

Recipe:

  • 500g beef chunks
  • 1kg onion
  • About 100ml white wine
  • 1tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 celery stick and 1 carrot
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
