I've been working at this brewery/pizza place for almost three years now. The kitchen was a later addition for them, and I was their first hire for it.
It's been fun, and there's been the ups and downs. Experimenting and changes with things through the experience.

Seriously very pleased with the way the crust has been coming out lately and it makes me glad.
And it's been great with all the people that have worked through here, it's been so fun.
But thanks to my coworker and he and I have been able to really dial the dough in.
