  1. Here in Brazil, we call this "Pasta with White Sauce". It's basically using milk cream and a few spices, mixed with Chicken or any kind other meat to make a creamy and smooth spaghetti. We don't use almonds, tho.

  2. I’m Italian- pasta and Italian food are scared- but yorghurt and garlic on pasta is pretty good. I just don’t like to admit it. The beef looks great though.

  3. It is approved. Pasta is a general food garnish. Just because pasta was created in Italy, doesn't make it's utility in dishes, exclusive to italy. The potato also has a home country where it originated. Yet, any country can utilise it in their dishes. There's more countries on this planet, than italy.
The Pasta/Noodle way back, originated in China. And the only reason the italian pasta variant exists today, is because of ingredient availability way back.

  4. I'd like to see the brothers take this and make an Italian varient of it. Most of the base components are there so I'm not sure how much work would need to be done. Babish we need a judge call.

  5. I'm going to come at you like this , 'I can see how this would taste good but I just don't think it would be for me' !
